Servicing

ENGIE Fabricom has a proven track record in providing mechanical and electrical service contracts.

We are one of the first companies to provide this service offering outside of the traditional OEM’s and can effectively manage the transition process.

Our capability and experience present our clients with a creditable alternative to traditional OEM service contracts.

Our in-house authorised technicians can work alongside OEM / client technicians to make up or lead service teams to carry out all isolations to work on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic pressure systems.

This is supported by our onshore team, utilising and maintaining proven systems for control, recording and reporting.

The team is experienced utilising electronic database systems to record and sign off tasks within the service requirements and controlled by the lead technicians.

We have a database of authorised technicians with various trade backgrounds, qualifications and experience able to support any servicing and project needs.

We ensure best practice, class-leading health and safety performance to assure our client’s expectations are met in an effective and efficient manner.

Our typical servicing works include:

  • Working in accordance with the Wind Turbine Safety Rules (WTSR), signed off Risk Assessments (RA) and work instructions and Approved Written Procedure (AWPs)
  • All requirements in-line with the annual service manual
  • Execution of work in accordance with service requirements depending on the life of the asset
  • Completion of isolations and low voltage service requirements
