ENGIE Fabricom’s Recruitment Division (RDR) Launches into the Market

By February 3, 2021No Comments

Launched 11 years ago, our specialist in-house recruitment division Resource Direct Recruitment (RDR) has played a pivotal role in filling permanent and contract roles on behalf of ENGIE Fabricom and has worked hand in hand with the business throughout Covid-19 as we continue to follow government guidelines and place the safety of our workforce at the forefront of everything we do.

RDR has built an excellent reputation for delivering a broad range of specialist recruitment services directly to ENGIE Fabricom over the years.  Now – and with the full support of the ENGIE UK Group – RDR is offering specialist facilities management, technical and engineering recruitment services to external clients.

Proudly recognised as a dependable partner, with over a decade of experience within the renewables industry, ENGIE Fabricom is a market leader within the offshore wind sector – an accolade which has been very much achieved in partnership with the RDR team.

Building on this extensive experience, RDR is now offering its recruitment and HR services to the wider external market with a range of support services coupled with vast capabilities on benchmarking salary ranges and recruitment legislation. In addition, the company is fully set up for IR35 and to support external companies as this new payroll legislation rolls out.

From facilities management, design, engineering, construction and production right through to sales, and final decommissioning, RDR has provided skilled and experienced candidates across a range of roles to the renewables and engineering industries.

RDR works with a varied client base of operators, renewable developers, energy providers and manufacturers to provide a comprehensive recruitment solution to the rapidly expanding marketplace where skilled workers are in high demand.

Building on this skill set – and taking our cultural ethos of people first – RDR has positioned itself as the Provider of Choice for specialist engineering recruitment and for delivering the associated HR skills required to help businesses and organisations operate effectively and in line with legislation.
