We are extremely excited to announce that Paul Carvill has joined the company as Operations and Development Director. Paul will join the Senior Management Team and be responsible for:

  • Developing and securing all Tier 1 opportunities.
  • Coordination of the various business improvement initiatives across the company
  • Assist in the review and further implementation of the strategy

Richard Webster comments: “I am extremely pleased in finally securing Paul into the business, we had identified him as a potential asset to the team many months ago. Paul’s addition will significantly strengthen the management competancies at this exciting stage in the Company’s development.”

Starting his career on the tools as an Apprentice Mechanical Fitter, Paul now has over twenty-five years’ experience in highly regulated industries including nuclear, power, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and oil and gas providing a range of services from full EPC through to singular offerings such as construction, manufacturing and fabrication.

Over the last ten years Paul has held senior leadership roles in both Business Development and Operations and he firmly believes that to be a truly successful business then the two must work hand in hand.

Paul is a keen cyclist, previously racing at a competitive level but now prefers just keeping fit and perhaps the odd crazy challenge!

Paul comments: “I am looking forward to joining the team at ENGIE Fabricom and playing a part in developing a strong and sustainable business for the future.”
