After a successful year of fundraising, ENGIE Fabricom UK is pleased to announce that a total of £2,211.52 was raised for each of their two chosen charities for 2018, Lindsey Lodge Hospice and Great North Air Ambulance.
Lindsey Lodge, based in Scunthorpe provides first class specialist care to adults in North Lincolnshire with a progressive life limiting illness as well as offering palliative care for day and inpatients and their families.
Great North Air Ambulance provides pioneering pre-hospital care rescuing hundreds of severely ill patients across North East, North Yorkshire and Cumbria with their three air ambulance helicopters.
To raise money for these charities, ENGIE Fabricom took part in a variety of fundraising activities throughout the year, including dress down days, raffles as well as raising money by their Positive Contribution Commendation awards scheme. This award is a positive recognition scheme to reward employees for any contribution to the effective performance of the business and contributing to the aim of being our clients’ partner of choice.
Employees can be nominated for any positive contribution to all aspects of the business, operationally, commercially or from a health and safety perspective by their managers, senior supervisors or customers.
The process gives the Company an excellent opportunity to say thank you to the employee and to also contribute to the charity chosen by the employees for that year.
