Hot Desking available at Hub at Origin 3, Grimsby

We are pleased that as of Monday 10th August we have reopened our engineering and project office, located at Origin 3 in Grimsby, with a new way of working. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, we have managed to safely operate at our workshop facilities – adhering to all governmental guidelines – and we have now taken the decision to open our final premises as a hub for hot desking.

We are still encouraging staff who can work from home, to continue doing so, and should they require office access, this is now available. Following a full, specific risk assessment abiding to our Group’s policy and government advice, we have deemed it is safe for a limited number of people to be onsite in the O3 building during working hours.

This will increase flexibility for our staff allowing for essential face to face meetings, regulatory requirements such as audits and inductions of new employees to take place. Staff will also be able to gain access to printing facilities, physical files and specialist equipment.

Prior to staff using the premises, they must book in advance and complete our compliance forms. As a matter of course, we have increased our cleaning regime in the building and this will be enforced and maintained on a regular basis.

We will continue to carry out risk assessments at all of our facilities to ensure that we are mitigating the risk of spreading the virus. The safety of our staff is at the very forefront of everything that we do and we will continue to ensure everyone is protected.
