Continuing with our commitment to engagement, ENGIE Fabricom will be hosting regular webinars, including our first one on process safety being held on the 21st September. The session will focus around three well-known catastrophic events that have occurred over the last 100 years on the same day, 21st September and is open to 250 guests. #everythingOK Campaign Launch
More than ever, it is vital to look after our staffs mental wellbeing, which is why ENGIE Fabricom has recently launched our #everythingOK campaign aimed to provide encouragement and confidence within our employees and create a non-judgemental and caring culture in the workplace.
To kick off the campaign, two of our employees successfully completed a Mental Health First Aid qualification which teaches people to identify, understand and potentially help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue.
We will be continuing to push this campaign across the full business and provide any support we can for our employees.
