2020 saw a number of Long Service Awards handed out within ENGIE Fabricom. The length of Long Service Awards ranged from 15 years to a huge 35 years of service.
Kevin Copley, HSEQ Director, was recognised in February for being with the Company for 35 years. He joined in 1985 and is now a leading figure within the business and is constantly striving to develop and improve the quality management system.
Jamie Burman, Supervisor at the Immingham Facility, was also recognised with a Long Service Award for providing 15 years’ service. Jamie is an integral member of the team and works hard and diligently and has always been a trustworthy member of ENGIE Fabricom.
Chris Nesbitt, Senior Project Engineering Manager, celebrated his 30th anniversary with the business which is an amazing achievement of loyalty as he continues to benefit the Company in estimating, engineering, planning and construction.
Craig Welford, Managing Director, was recognised for providing 15 years’ service for supporting the Senior Management Team in the developments of the Company and bringing in a real entrepreneurial spirit to the team, often thinking outside the box and looking for new and lucrative opportunities to explore.
Vicky Gallagher, Payroll Assistant, was awarded her 15 year’s Long Service Award. During her 15 years with the business, Vicky has worked hard on implementing a new payroll system and auto pension enrolment. She is meticulous in her work and dedicated to her job.
